This policy explains how Racket Stringing Hub, run by Kaloyan Kostadinov ("we"), handles your information when you use racketstringinghub.co.uk, order a restring or get in touch. We collect only what we need to string your racket and reply to you.

Who we are

When you order a restring or book

Ordering and booking are provided by subba, a product of Polarize Ltd, on our Book and Manage pages. You give your name, email, phone number and, for postal orders, your address, so we can string your racket, post it back and keep you updated.

subba (Polarize Ltd) processes this on our behalf to run orders, bookings and messages.
If you pay online, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

When you send a message or use the chat

The contact form and the chat on this site are also run by subba. Your messages and the details you give go to us, so we can reply. The chat is answered by an AI assistant that knows our services, prices and opening hours. Anything it cannot answer is passed to Kal. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Cookies and analytics

We only use analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) if you say yes in the cookie notice. They help us see which pages are useful. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is recorded by our consent service against a random ID, so we can show we asked. See our cookie policy for the full list.

Our fonts are hosted on this site, so no font service sees your visit.

Links to other services

This site links to Google (reviews and Maps), WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and ClubSpark. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

How long we keep it

We keep order and booking records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Messages you send us are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable time after.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@racketstringinghub.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
