These terms apply when you order a restring or other work from Racket Stringing Hub, run by Kaloyan Kostadinov, 48 Lake View, Doncaster DN4 5NQ. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Prices

Restringing prices include the string and the stringing, and are shown on our prices page and when you order. For postal orders, return postage is added when you order. Other work, such as racket matching, grips and grommets, is priced before we start.

Turnaround

Most rackets are ready within 24 hours of reaching us. This is a guide, not a promise: if yours will take longer, we will tell you.

Postal orders

Pack your racket in a sturdy box with a note of your name, phone number and order number.
Sending it to us is your responsibility, so we suggest a tracked service.
We post it back to the address you give us.

Your racket

We look over every racket before stringing it. If we find a crack or other damage, we will contact you before going ahead. Frames that are already damaged or very worn can fail under string tension, and we cannot be responsible for damage that was there before.

Cancelling

You can cancel an order before we start work on your racket. Message us as soon as you can, and if you paid online we will refund you.

If something is not right

If you are not happy with the work, contact us within 7 days of getting your racket back and we will put it right. You also have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
